What we collect and why

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
The Export Tool and your Exchequer data
The Export Tool runs on your own computer. All files are generated and stored locally, in a folder you choose. Your extracted Exchequer data stays with you and is never sent to us. We only see it if you choose to send us files or screenshots for support. We then use them only to help you, and delete them when the query is closed.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted suppliers to run this website and our business, including Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions. Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and sample pack requests: 2 years from our last contact
- Orders and invoices: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as UK law requires
- Support files you send us: deleted when the query is closed
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to limit or stop using it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email support@konnekt365.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
